Planning your dream sanctuary
Your consultant guides your design choices and visits the site. Once the plan is approved you pay a deposit, sign the Planning Agreement, and we order soil and contour tests.

Getting started
We prepare your working drawings and contract, and present them to you for approval and signature.

Contracts and building approval
Your signed contracts are submitted to Council Certifiers to obtain Building Approval.

Colour selections in the Dream Studio
Our Colour Consultant guides you through selecting the colours and finishes for your new home in our Dream Studio.

Confirming your specifications
We create and sign off your Building Specifications document while your Building Approval is in progress.
- 06
Construction begins
Within 30 days of receiving final approval, construction is underway.
- 07
Construction phase
You meet your dedicated Site Supervisor, who provides regular updates throughout the build.
- 08
Completion and handover
An independent building inspector ensures you are satisfied with your home before we hand over the keys.
